  He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing since 2003. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Illinois USA. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI. His expertise is in the areas of setting up workable business models for upcoming SME's. His expertise lies in Information systems audit and Corporate Governance Standards along with Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and SEBI Clause 49 compliance.

  Suresha Balachandran

  He joins the firm with rich experience from leading Multinational Companies. He also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI. His exposure includes budgeting, finance controls, working capital management which has rendered an edge to the firm. In addition his expertise lies in project costing, US GAAP reporting, matters related to corporate laws such as Company Law, FEMA Regulations, STPI compliance, etc.

  He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since from 2012. He is also a Qualified Company Secretary qualified in the year 2010, His expertise is in the areas of Corporate Governance, setting up new Business models, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Reporting on Business performance and ensuring compliance to administrative matters including Legal, Audit and Tax requirements.
